Whether you need a different size or the item you got is broken, our team is here to help you exchange it without any problems.
- We allow all our clients to exchange their purchased articles, given that they have made the purchase in Pakistan.
- Any Article purchased can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- For size exchanges, if the outfit ordered is as per the size chart given, customer will bear the amount difference along with the delivery charges of PKR 200.
- Exchange order query shall be accepted on the basis of original invoice that is attached with your order flyer.
- Exchange orders shall not be accepted more than 2 times.
- Exchange is allowed only if the article is not used, all tags are intact, packing is in its original condition, and then you are good to go ahead with the exchange.
- Exchange is possible if customer receives any damaged or defected article, the article shall be exchanged on priority basis.
- Exchange order cannot be placed on basis of color difference. Color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor setting.
- Articles purchased on sale or discount cannot be exchanged.
- Exchange on discounted/sale items is possible if the product received does not match the product you have ordered.

Provide all the required information to us and if all the conditions are met we will cater the issue with best services possible.
After receiving the article, the customer care service shall recheck the quality of the article, new article shall be dispatched after quality recheck.
Exchange Order Procedure:
- In order to exchange, you can contact our customer service department by emailing us at sandrawearings20k2@gmail.com , contacting us on Facebook or Instagram, or you can call or whatsapp us at .+923282957462
- To place your exchange order, share the original product’s invoice first that is attached with your order to our Customer Care Representative. Once the invoice is approved, customer can share the further details regarding the exchange order.
- Once your exchange order has been accepted, customer has to send the previous outfit back to SandraWearings at the given address through any courier company and share a picture of the courier receipt with the customer care representative on the same platform where your exchange query was answered.
- Once your previous outfit has been received by SandraWearings, our quality control team will check it, if everything is fine, we will dispatch the exchange outfit with price difference and exchange charges of Rs200.
- For size exchanges, if the outfit ordered is as per the size chart given, customer will bear the amount difference along with the delivery charges of PKR 200.
Refund Policy:
- We have no Refund Policy.
- Our products are 100% checked by our quality control department in order to provide flawless product to our customers. Refund policy is only applicable if there is a defect in the order.
- Refund shall be made after we receive the order back, the customer care service shall recheck the products first, if the claim is legitimate, refund shall be made.
- In case of refund, shipping and handling charges shall not be refunded.
- Please allow 15 working days for the processing of refund.
